Gavin started out as a custom cabinet maker and installer. With over 20 years of carpentry experience under his tool belt, he has earned his title of CEO of Decorative Woods.
Scott oversees our day to day of operations. Everything from the custom work being produced in our shop, to the sales being made at our front counter. His focus on efficiency and collaboration ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality items that enhance spaces and delight our customers.
Ruben has been with us for over 30 years. He is well versed in all aspects of the industry. An extremely talented sales associate, that has memorized almost every product SKU and can match any moulding from just looking at it.
Shane is an expert at all things lumber, doors, and moulding. He assists every customer by fostering a welcoming and informative shopping experience, allowing them to transform their projects with our exceptional wood offerings.
Joe spearheads our outside sales and grows our key client relationships through strategic contractor partnerships. Leveraging his extensive industry knowledge, he anticipates all clients’ needs, fostering long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
Tony has been handcrafting custom doors, windows and millwork with the company for 35 years and running. Our lead in woodworking, he runs the shop and has a hand in all of our custom products.
Another fixture of the company, Leo has worked his way through the ranks of Decorative Woods and is now an accomplished finish carpenter who lends a hand in all of our custom projects.
Marco leads the strategic development and curation of our online offerings. From our website, phone system, and even our internet architecture he can build it all.
